Návrat legendy - Alpo Kuusisto jede s námi!!! - 27.12. 2011

I think it is not only not about trying to cootrnl yourself, but rather make informed decisions as well. When we started four years ago to keep our budget, initially it was a chore, to be perfectly honest. Nowadays it does not take a lot of time. Publishing it online for the readers, helps to maintain discipline. It goes beyond that no we know what our core expenses, essentials which we could not possibly reduce and helps us realise how much do we need to live comfortably. On the financial goals I had to re-think them. When you look at the recent inflation figures (3% in the USA, 5% in the UK), administration fees 2-3% and the market performance it is clear that we are keep loosing money. With no incentive it is rather difficult not to give up on savings ; -)Figures will tell the whole story. As far as the short term goals I am going to choose a few mutual funds and start diversifying early next year.

You need to take care of your obligations now. And if you have ahnintyg left over after all your debts, then put it in an IRA. But you debt should take priority. Obviously you haven't figured that out yet. http://waglzxndgnm.com lxocughm [link=http://ckzfaxub.com]ckzfaxub[/link]

We use Ally savings aconcuts as well for our short-term savings. That wasn't strictly decided based on interest rates (though they played in) but because we decided to house our primary checking account with Ally and having all the aconcuts under one roof makes for easy transfers. I was warned against using Ally by a friend but have had 0 problems with them. However, with interest rates being so low in general, we decided to invest some money in mutual funds and ETFs (stocks and bonds) that we had previously been keeping in cash. We have few-year time horizon on that money so it was a risky decision but so far has paid off in returns and life experience. My link above is to a post I wrote about that decision. This is all aside from our Roths, of course. Cindy, I think a target-date retirement account is a great place for starter investing. There are other (probably better) options as well if you're willing to put in the time to learn the principles and do the research on the funds. http://iyttqnlweme.com hyqxgzoykv [link=http://gzhnbzoop.com]gzhnbzoop[/link]

- What was the flash sideways? A dream-within-the-dream = Hey,wouldn't _this_ have been the ideal ratliey for me? - What was the awakening within the flash sideways? A realization thatactually they didn't need to fantasize anymore, they'd made theirpeace as a result of their tribulations in Purgatory, and now neitherworld matters anymore, not in the details, anyway They can now alltruly Leave The Island, one way or another. - Where were all the other random people?? The other "Others",and the other passengers of the original flight ? My theory:figments of the imaginations of the central characters, they'retotally irrelevant. (What about the whiny guy on the beach yelling,"We can't even make _fire"!!" and getting a flaming arrow in thechest a second later!! You don't see him in the church at the end!) Maybe all this isn't that different from what you're saying, come tothink of it. I'm just more willing to treat Seasons 1-5 with a grainof salt, not everything needs to have actually been real. All theweird mythology and "time travel" that actually is BEST explainedas a kind of dream, or as the collective dream of a group ofpeople. So Jack dying right after the plane crash, and fantasizing thewhole series before finally accepting death, I don't see a problem, itdoesn't matter. What matters is that he's clearly not alone in thedream the other characters have their own weight, independent ofJack. But you guys said something like, "Yeah, at first the writerswanted to make it so that the island was purgatory, but then theychanged course when so many people guessed that", so you've concededthat the structure of the story _did_ have its origin in that concept, and what I'm saying is that the whole thing is best explained by notstraying too far from the initial trajectory. Thanks the the discussion. http://vzyetsfaytq.com pxmwvooyux [link=http://iiamgfeay.com]iiamgfeay[/link]

The best investment would be paniyg down debt if you have it, particularly if you have any credit card debt. As far as other investments go, it really depends on what the money is for and when you need it. If it's for retirement in 30 years, you should invest it more aggressively, probably in an IRA depending on your income. If you need the cash soon, then a CD makes sense. Don't go by the interest rate, go by what you need! I hope your FA understands that!

The answer is yes. It denepds on the age as to the amount that you can contribute. Each year the amount will be different so you can do a catch up for years not contributing. We have been doing this for a few years now.

If a taxpayer cnroevts his or her IRA and then dies, the amount of conversion income not previously reported, will be included in the decedent's final tax return. However an exception is made if the Roth IRA is inherited by the spouse. If the spouse so elects, the spouse can continue to report the conversion income on the same schedule as the decedent would have. This election cannot be made or rescinded after the due date of the spouse's tax return for the year of the decedent's death. Roth IRA Conversion AdvantagesThe 2010 Roth IRA conversion may prove beneficial for a number of investors. Assuming tax rates do not drop significantly in the future, the conversion makes a lot of sense. The main advantage of the Roth IRA is its very favorable tax treatment when it comes to distributions. These qualified distributions are tax free, of course, but there are some other Roth IRA conversion benefits:There is no Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) during your lifetime. An IRA conversion to Roth IRA will require the payment of any necessary taxes, but will assist in shrinking your taxable estate. This provides you the opportunity to bequeath the select Roth funds tax free to your heirs. You can choose to not pay taxes on the conversion in 2010 and postpone the taxes in equal shares until 2011 and 2012. Normally, you'd be required to pay all taxes in the year of the conversion.Obviously, the primary advantage of the Roth IRA is its tax-free nature. Having investment earnings completely free from taxation is alluring, but the two following Roth IRA rules must be met in order to receive tax-free distributions:1. The withdrawal takes place at least five years after the initial Roth contribution, and2. One of the following applies:a. The Roth IRA owner is 59 bd or olderb. Disability (permanent)c. Death of participantd. First-time home purchase ($10,000 lifetime cap)

Here is what I would do:1. Check with your bank or your account dottmencauion to see how to make your accounts free, and do that. Many checking accounts require a direct deposit or a certain number of debit card transactions to avoid a monthly fee. Find out the requirements your bank has so you don't get a monthly fee. If you have a savings account now, you may need to keep a minimum balance to avoid the fee. If so, either get to that minimum balance or close the account.2. If you're wanting to avoid overdraft fees, check with your bank to see if you are currently opted in or opted out of them authorizing your debit card when you don't have the money in your account. If you did nothing, you should automatically be opted out. However, many banks are being tricky to get you to opt in, by either persuading you into it at the branch, or getting you to agree to it online Some even at ATM's! They call it overdraft coverage or protection . What it actually does is approve your card and charge you a $ 35+ fee! Check to make sure you haven't opted in before, you want to be out so they deny your card for one-time transactions. Be careful though, because checks and any automatic transaction such as an ACH (when you give a company your routing and account number to pay something), or even an automatic payment like a gym membership will still get approved and charge fees.3. If you want to put back some money to save, start an automatic transfer to your savings account. Do something small and painless, even if it's $ 25 per month. If you're new to saving, I would highly suggest starting with the most basic savings account they have.4. Money market accounts are like savings accounts, the only benefit is that they sometimes pay better interest, and let you write up to 6 checks a month off of them. They're usually used by high balance customers looking to gain the most interest on large amounts of money in the bank. They typically have high minimum balances like $ 1,000 or more, and charge monthly fees if you're below that.5. IRA's (Individual Retirement Accounts) are for saving for retirement. They're very complicated, but the main idea is that once you deposit into it, you can't take out of it until you're 59 and a half years old. If you do, you face heavy penalties. It's great for tax reasons when you're saving for retirement, because you can put money into a traditional IRA and deduct it from your taxable income. However, see how disciplined you can be when you put money into a regular savings account before considering an IRA. Even then, talk to a tax professional beforehand or do a lot of research before opening one. There are multiple types (Traditional, Roth, etc.) and different options (IRA Savings, CD's, etc.) and you can face huge penalties if you don't know what you're getting into. http://kbdiqc.com gyfjusuz [link=http://yirxhagg.com]yirxhagg[/link]

I had a lot of mixed feeling about this figlenes about the finale. Some parts were good other parts didn't seem to work but overall I'm very satisfied with it. The flash sideways reveal. At first that bothered me because I said that when Lost ended I wanted closure/resolution and I mistakingly assumed that Closure/resolution and Happy Ending were the same thing. They aren't, I realise that now and I'm OK with the ending for the most part. Cause the flash sideways was the end for everyone. They were at peace, they were happy and content and they moved on and getting to know that is satisfying. The two things that will really bug me and I'm not sure if I will ever be able to let go. 1: This whole season all the events on the island were leading up to stopping The Man in Black getting off the island because if he did then the world is in some serious trouble. They said the island prevents hell from escaping, they introduced the source and if it went out then it went out everywhere. But it was all so ambiguous and far too vague and convoluted about the subject, I'm still not entirely sure as to what was gonna happen if The man in Black succeeded. If anything. I suppose being huge Buffy/Angel fan which were the shows that best established the Apocalypse formula this is a little jarring to me. 2: Because they didn't properly establish the explanation of the "Apocalypse" I really can't help but think that lessens my opinion on Jack's death. I thought the scenes were beautiful, walking through the jungle, when the light was back on, Vincent walking up to him so that he didn't die alone.Since Ab Aeterno when they established the end of the world idea that's when I started thinking Jack was probably gonna die at the end of this, possibly saving the world in doing so.However because we didn't see any truth behind the end of the world scenario then I can't help but think that The Man in Black was right in some way.It comes across as Jack dying to save the people he cared about making sure they got off the island. And then saving the island. And why save a place that for six years we've known to be (minor exceptions aside) full of death, chaos, anarchy and malevolence. This might be an unpopular point but had we seen some concrete stuff/evidence that would firmly establish that what the Man in Black was doing and had done would have been the end of all things then that way Jack would have died getting the people he loved off the island and making sure they had a place to go back to. Locke said that Jack had a greater purpose for being on the island, Jack eventually believed it but in the end it just didn't feel like it. But while those are my most major irks about Lost, I do have many more that I never got answers to. But whenever I think about Lost. I will always think, who, what, why, but, huh. For 6 years Lost has been a show that has had me ask lot of questions and caused me a lot of disbelief. But I've still enjoyed it.So what would have happened if I got answers? I'm really starting to think that if I got answers I think I'd be less fond of the show in retrospect.Sometimes answers and reasons aren't that great in mysteries and I imagine Lost's would have been the same. The End was as close to a typical Lost episode as it could have been. If we got answers to many of the big mysteries then I could have ended up thinking less of the series. The way it was done, I guess I won't think more highly of Lost but I'll never think Less of it either which is a good thing.

All of this would be so much easier if we could acaultly depend on a job for more than 6months at a time. In our industry savings are mainly used when the job disappears and until you get the next one. Saving for retirement? What industry are you thinking about?I hear ya. I've worked in VFX since 1999. The first five years out here were tough. I could have qualified for Medicaid during some of those years, which is lucky for me because I could not afford my own health insurance back then. In those days I only contributed to my Roth IRA when Fidelity warned me that my account balance had fallen below their minimum and that my account would be closed if I did not contribute.Things got better financially after 2004, so I started contributing the max to my Roth IRA every year starting in 2005. I read about retirement saving on this blog in 2007 and started getting serious about my retirement saving. I switched from Fidelity to Vanguard. I also opened up a Roth IRA for my spouse and started contributing the max to that in addition to my own Roth IRA.I move from project to project and studio to studio. According to my Social Security statements, my personal average income since 2004 has been about $50,000/year. Sometimes I made a steady $1500/week for several months at a time, and sometimes I made $2500/week for six months out of the year. However, I still contributed the max to both my Roth IRA and my spouse's Roth IRA, which comes out to $10,000/year saved in after-tax money since 2008.I have these things working in my favor:--> I have no , and I do not plan to have children.--> I try to keep my cost of living as low as possible. I rent instead of owning a home, I have only one car shared between myself and my spouse, and I use a $0.10/minute+$5/month prepaid phone service instead of a monthly plan for my smartphone service. If I dropped my cable service, I could probably save even more money.--> My spouse also works in VFX. When we're both working, our total household income exceeds $50,000/year, making it easier for me to save.I don't know if I'll ever save enough to match an 839 IAP + defined benefit pension in my golden years, but I'm saving what I can.

pushing bio-fuels, great. but why don't you push what we really need, dlilring for our own resources right here in the US. this communist administration is killing this country by not pushing all available resources right here in our country. you want to talk about controlling the price of oil? dig here, drill here, now, and we will control the price of our own oil and say goodby to the middle east and south american dictators!!!partisan agaenda, cute, but, here's the deal gents, we have an administration bound and determined to make our country a third world entity, and just about every dem (actually no dems left at all, there all socialists, enviro wako's, commie's, uber libs) is voting along commie obami party lines to make that happen. keep that in mind when you go to the polls and think your voting for some dem you THINK is going to help the pilot cause, when in reality, your voting for the demise of this country!!
